You have finalized your wedding planning, and you now wish to entrust me with the execution of the event? I suggest we meet 4 months before the big day. It is during this first meeting that you will hand me the reins of your perfectly planned wedding.
From this moment until the day-of, I will take charge of all the necessary missions:
- I will communicate directly with the various vendors involved (3 months before the big day);
- I will ensure that the timeline is respected to the letter;
- I will ensure the technical and logistical visit at the reception venue runs smoothly;
- I will finalize the day-of timeline for the event to take into account each vendor’s needs;
- I will coordinate the vendors during your wedding;
- I will ensure that the activities run smoothly…
